RaySolar has specialized itself in the analysis of silicon impurities at an atomic level. We are able to measure the purity of metallurgical solar grade silicon, solar and electronic grade silicon. We constantly carry out analysis on our silicon samples and perform measurements on samples belonging to other companies.
